Established in 2019 by Lou Dillon, a Registered Nutritionist & Food Scientist - Twisted Kombucha emerged as a passion project during her pursuit of an MSc in Food Science. Intrigued by the health benefits of kombucha, Lou was determined to craft a pure, flavourful version different to the supermarket versions she tested at the time. It stands as a healthy and delectable alternative to conventional soft drinks and alcoholic beverages.
