The Premium Liquor Co.

In 2017 we launched The Premium Liquor Co. with the goal to create a range of ultra-premium drinks in the most sustainable way.

Our spirits start with pure vodka, made using water collected from spring-fed streams located on the northern island of New Zealand. We then triple distil and charcoal filter to create a pure, still spirit.

Our hero brand Batched Premium Cocktails launched in 2018 and provides convenient, bar quality RTD cocktails. We started with our Espresso Martini and have now expanded our range to include three new cocktails: Salted Grapefruit Margarita, Strawberry & Rhubarb Gin Sour, and a Whiskey Sour.

Rose & Twig launched in 2020 and is available in three unique flavours: Pomegranate, Blood Orange and Blueberry infused Gin.

The final brand in our current spirits roster is Coast Road vodka. Coast Road is a smooth tasting vodka, and a flavoured pink berry & rhubarb vodka. Coast road is a small batched, handcrafted vodka that is triple distilled & charcoal filtered.

The Premium Liquor Co recently acquired a beautiful vineyard in the Hawkes Bay called Shed530 Estate, where our internationally renowned Shed530 & MUTU wine is produced.

Our Hawke’s Bay Chardonnay, Cabernet Merlot & Syrah are all oak barrel aged for a minimum of 12 months. Mutu is served in some of the best restaurants around the world, including Tokyo’s no. 1 Michelin starred restaurant, Den.

The Shed530 wines use a minimal intervention approach with no additives or preservatives and use only quality grapes from renowned sub regions within Hawke’s Bay known for ultra-premium wine production.
