The Fresh Pasta Company was founded in 2004 by Mark Garcia-Oliver, inspired by his “passion for very nice food!” Growing up in Argentina, Mark was immersed in a vibrant Italian heritage and a food culture known for strong flavours and excellent meats. This background fuelled his dedication to quality and innovation in exceptional food production and sourcing.

Mark’s recipes for filled pasta and sauces quickly gained recognition, earning over 40 awards for their outstanding quality. To expand his offerings, Mark began importing food from Italy, France, and Spain, curating a unique selection of products. These include cured meats, fresh pasta, sauces, cheeses, and desserts, all made using traditional production methods to the highest standards. Many of these products are PDO (Protected Designation of Origin) and BRC certified, ensuring top-tier quality and authenticity.
