Norton Barton is a collection of fine food producers working together on a farm in North Cornwall to bring exceptional products exclusively to the Speciality trade. The farm is owned and lead by Richard & Fionagh Harding who started Cornish Charcuterie after trading their city finance jobs for a life more rural in 2011.

Today the farm is home to a dairy, a distillery, a cannery, a curing room, a smokery, a development kitchen and, of course, a bakery where Popti & Fionagh's savoury biscuits are hand made.
