Pep & Lekker was founded by Susan when struggling to find tasty nutritious food for her son who had become vegan. For the first time she started to read the back of pack and was shocked that so much of the food that she was buying was loaded with sugar or sweetener and salt and ingredients she did not understand.
So, with a desire to make a positive difference she created an innovative healthy baked cracker. Mixed seed crackers are a healthy indulgence. Loaded with a variety of all natural premium kitchen cupboard ingredients to give layers of flavour. These mixed seed crackers have 50% more seeds than the market leader in mixed seed crackers and include chickpea flour, apple puree and olive oil. They support gut health and are a certified prebiotic. Pep & Lekker mixed seed crackers are gluten free, low sugar, and approved menopause and vegan friendly.
Mindful of the planet, they are made in artisan bakery in the UK, the packaging is recyclable and there is little or no waste in their making.
