Firetree Chocolate was founded by industry veterans David and Martyn, who understand that exceptional chocolate starts with the farmer and their families and finishes with a chocolate maker who understands that every single step of the process can shape the final mouth feel, aroma, and taste of every bar.
Firetree is passionate about taste, provenance, cocoa pedigree, rarity, and their island farmers - who they know by name.
To create their rich volcanic chocolate, Firetree Chocolate source all of their own cocoa from single estates on volcanic islands in the South Pacific - the ring of fire!
Rare cocoa makes up only 0.2% of the world’s cocoa beans grown today, so they're really proud that the cocoa beans they use create such distinct and delicious flavours.
