Irelands premium charcuterie producer. We produce a range of fermented and air dried charcuterie products from our own herd of free range saddleback pigs. We started in 2012 with only 4 small pigs. We now farm upwards of 250 pigs at any time. We started our charcuterie business with our famous chorizo in 2015. Since then we have developed a full range of charcuterie products including chorizo's, salami's and whole muscle products.

We have won a string of awards for our products including, 3 star Great Taste award, 2 star great taste awards, Irish food awards, British Charcuterie awards and Scottish retail food and drink awards. We supply a full range of retail products that come beautifully packaged and presented and have a real eye catching shelf presence.
