Blue Star Crabs are caught, processed, and packed ethically and sustainably, with a social conscience!

The company was first started in the current owner’s kitchen in 1996 and since then has grown and changed with the marketplace it serves.

The packaging is totally unique made from recycled materials that help enable us to offer an 18-month shelf-life from production (the product must be kept refrigerated).
