Tonkotsu Eat the Bits Chilli Oil
Tonkotsu originated as a ramen bar but serving delicious 'Eat the Bits' oils on the table and for sale to take home. The oils became so popular they are now being offered to retail as a small range of two strengths of oil and a ketchup.
The jar is half filled with bits to scoop up and add a Japanese umami kick to a wide range of dishes.
The flavour profile is complex owing to the breadth of ingredients of miso, soy, sesame, Japanese Togarashi spice mix and d'arbol chilli. Spoon over anything or use as a marinade.
