OPUS Oléa was born from an international family with strong roots in Greece, one of the top 3 largest producer-countries of olive oil world-wide.  Our family has owned land in Greece for over 175 years.

Opus Oléa is grown in Messinia, Greece, which is the largest olive producing area in Greece since ancient times.  It is the same region that produce the famous Kalamata table olives.

Multi-awarded and sommelier led, OPUS is a project of passion, conviction, and engagement.

We care about looking after the environment and our communities, engaging in fair practices and sustainability.

Our exceptionally high standards can only be achieved within a limited, small-batch production, that relies on state-of-the-art, laboratory-clean equipment.
