Yenryancooks was founded by Ryan, a passionate home cook with a love for bold flavours and creative condiments. Frustrated by the lack of texture in traditional sauces, he set out to create something new,

and these are Crispy Oils.

It has rich, savoury flavour with satisfying crunch. Inspired by everyday meals and a desire to elevate home cooking, his small-batch creations feature ingredients like scallions, fried shallots, garlic, and Sichuan peppercorns.
