Our charcuterie is made with regeneratively farmed, native breed beef, raised on our farm in the Black Mountains. Made by hand in small batches and cured by our Master Butcher.

We are the only regenerative farm producing charcuterie in the UK. We make a high quality product that is good for the earth.
