Poon's London
Amy Poon - the daughter of Bill Poon the first ever Chinese Michelin-starred chef behind the eponymous West End restaurant institution - introduced Poon’s London in 2021 with the launch of a signature sauce range delivering Poon’s modern Chinese pantry essentials and fine goods to kitchens across the country.
Strongly grounded in Poon’s time-honoured family recipes the sauces give a lift to home cooking showcasing Poon’s unique ability to transform the simplest ingredients into something special. The range comprises four products of Poon’s Extraordinary Chilli Oil Poon’s Chilli Vinegar Dressing Poon’s Premium First Extract Soya Sauce and Poon’s WO Sauce.The range has been recognised by the Guild of Fine Foods with each sauce being awarded stars in the 2023 Great Taste Awards.
In 2024 Poon’s Signature wind-dried meats, made to the same family recipe since 1970 were also awarded stars in the Great Taste Awards and the range has now expanded to include Magic Soup, rice noodles, jasmine rice and beautifully designed tea towels and tote bags.
