Here at Plants & Roots we specialise in blending natural food mixes which are good for you and good for the planet.

We’re 100% plant-based and proud of it – we select only organic whole food ingredients, like vegetables, pulses and wholegrains, and carefully blend them with herbs and spices for a natural flavour.

Each mix is packed with protein and fibre and the right balance of healthy fats and carbohydrates to provide essential nutrition for the maintenance of good health.

We’ve done the hard part so you don’t have to! Just add water, follow the simple cooking instructions and add your favourite sides or toppings for deliciously tasty meals.

The products are as sustainable as we could make them – we source locally wherever possible, offer a long shelf life to minimise food waste and use plastic free packaging that can be composted or recycled.
