Peanut Caramel

We're a small family run business based in Broxburn, Scotland. Tom is a former sous chef in a Michelin-starred restaurant, with a penchant for peanuts, and Gemma is a sweet toothed ideas girl who dreams up delicious desserts and sweet treats. Our baby daughter, "Little Peanut", is a future whizz-kid chef and peanut dessert aficionado!

Peanut Caramel is our beloved sweet peanut spread, to be used as an ingredient in countless cakes and desserts. It's comprised of roasted peanuts and a milk-based caramel and is very versatile as an ingredient in desserts.
