Moi Moi Sauce is a chef-founded condiment brand based in London. Created by Michelin-trained chef Arron Maddix, the brand launched in 2018 with one goal: to bring bold, balanced, and culturally rooted flavour to everyday cooking.

Our flagship sauce blends Scotch bonnet and gochujang into a versatile, all-purpose condiment - used as a dip, glaze, marinade, or finishing touch. Small-batch, big flavour. No filler, no gimmicks. We've since expanded to include Moi Moi Sauce XO, a smokier, BBQ-inspired version, with more products in development.
