Our MISSION is to create 'More Taste, Less Waste' by using NORMALLY WASTEDingredients to enhance the flavours and textures of our products. There is so much food that goes to waste when they can be made into something amazing!

We are always looking at ways that we can reduce our waste by using all parts of a vegetable that often get overlooked! We use the peel, the stalks, you name it! We even made with our Yellow Chilli Jam because we use lime zest in our Green Chilli Oil and needed a use for the lime juice!
