The full range

Behind the spoon is a full range of premium, raw, single-origin Mānuka honey from Northland, New Zealand, in three strengths (MGO 350+, 550+ and 850+) across 250g and 500g jars. Every jar is small batch, independently tested and traceable to a single origin. We never blend across regions, so your customers get pure Mānuka honey with a direct link back to the hives it came from, and a clear good-better-best offer at premium price points.

Our story

Started by three Kiwis and a Brit, four friends who source directly from hardworking beekeepers in Northland, New Zealand. We commit to paying beekeepers a sustainable minimum price, and to offsetting the carbon footprint of moving our honey across the globe, so we tread as lightly as possible.
