Fungi Foods exists to make exotic mushrooms feel familiar rather than intimidating. Every product is developed with a focus on flavour, versatility and ease of use. We work with carefully selected exotic mushrooms and prepare them in a way that fits naturally into everyday cooking.

Our mushrooms are dried to lock in taste and make them easy to store, portion and cook with. They can be used to add depth to sauces, stews, risottos, stir-fries and plant-based dishes, or simply to bring more richness and savoury flavour to familiar meals.

We don’t believe exotic mushrooms should feel intimidating or niche. Our aim is to make them straightforward, useful, and enjoyable, whether you cook every day or just want an easy way to improve the food you already make.
