To make the best biltong you need a few simple ingredients – the highest quality grass fed beef, carefully chosen seasoning and a wealth of patience.
We exclusively use PGI accredited Welsh beef for our biltong because of the taste, quality and the assurance that every animal has been reared on stunning green pastures across Wales.
Our seasonings are blended by hand and the biltong is dried slowly and inspected each day. Whilst this attention to detail limits how much we can make each week, we wouldn’t do it any other way…great biltong can’t be hurried
