Shatta - the traditional Palestinian chilli condiment. Shatta, originally from Gaza, can be found on most Palestinian dining tables, with recipes often passed down through generations. Fil's Shatta takes the condiment back to its roots, focusing on pure flavour with a contemporary twist.
Fil currently offers four products: Birds Eye, Jalapeno and Habanero Shattas, and Shatta Jam. The first three Shattas are more traditional, defined by their namesake chilli, all have a fresh, spicy, and pure flavour. The Jam, a more contemporary Shatta, delivers a sweet-spicy experience. All, however, are extremely versatile, so there is something for everyone and every dish.
