Why Chef Woof – how did it start?

Life got a lot more fun (and chaotic) in 2024 when Freddie, our Maltipoo, joined the

crew. He loves days out to coffee shops, pub lunches, and staycations- but we kept

forgetting his treats (bad dog parents' alert!).

Cue the table-side chaos: begging, barking, and sneaky crumb-feeding.

That’s when we set out to create something better: natural, rawhide-free, delicious dog treats that dogs genuinely love and that owners are happy to buy when they’re out and about. Treats designed not just for pets, but for cafés, delis and food-led retailers who want to offer a thoughtful, high-quality option for dog-owning customers- not to mention a 100% incremental purchase.
