Since its kitchen counter birth in 2021, this one-of-a-kind sauce has been slung at artisan markets and foodie events, made a stir in farm shops and deli’s across the land, rocked a concession at Digbeth's eclectic Red Brick Market, triumphed at trade shows, made it’s way onto Celebrity Gogglebox, won awards, and been discovered by Selfridges. 
Oh… and was briefly the official ketchup of the Black Country Living Museum, too! But that was just the beginning. We've created a new, better than ever recipe and are now laser-focused on putting Birmingham's Famous Pickled Onion Ketchup firmly on the map.
