Established in 2014, Blackfire Food is a premium brand specialising in small batch spicy condiments. Our hot sauces range from mild to super hot, all of which are gluten and allergen free as well as being vegan friendly. Our Ghost Pepper & Black Lime ketchup holds 3 stars from the Guild of Fine Food Great Taste Awards as well as being a Golden Fork nominee. At Blackfire we believe in a 'flavour first' philosophy which is the bedrock for all of our recipes.
