Aye Pickled is a family business based in Edinburgh. We hand make wee batches of gourmet pickles and live cultured ferments..

We’ve always had a passion for pickled and fermented foods – the tang, crunch, fizz, and the sweet, sharp and sour flavours are all winners for us. But for a long time, we couldn’t find anything on the local market to satisfy our cravings. So, we started making our own.

We do everything by hand, using traditional techniques. Our pickles are made using hot brines, vinegars and loads of herbs and spices. Our ferments are made with raw ingredients and are lacto-fermented, a process that creates flavour and healthy bacteria that could be good for your gut. The benefits of good gut health are thought to be huge.

Our products are favoured and recommended by artisan grocers, farm shops, cheesemongers, butchers, and deli. Our branding is simple but impactful and has great shelf appeal!
